RCCG Bread Of Life Wins Choir Competition

The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Nasarawa province 1, Mararaba Nasarawa State held her Annual choir Retreat and concert where Bread of Life ,the host choir, went home with the first prize.
The event, themed: ‘The Effectual Music Ministry’ was held at Bread of Parish at the provincial headquarters.
In an interview with Pastor Tolani Ajayi, who spoke on behalf of the organising committee of the provincial music said the annual event is a period of refreshment after given out so much in terms of ministration and an opportunity to share ideas on how to make the music ministry better and also create an avenue to discover talents.
Speakers at the annual event spoke on different topics one of which was making a career from music ministry.
On his part, the music director of Nasarawa province 1, Uweshi Favour listed benefits of the annual event to include a period the choir is broken and built, and an opportunity to drink at the stream of the Holy Spirit.
The three day event which started on Friday July 21 climaxed on Sunday 23 July with a competition among choir groups.
However, pastor-in-charge of the province, Titus Adedoyin, who graced the occasion with other ministers explains that the competition should be healthy to the glory of the Lord.
Also present at the event, was Romzy a gospel artiste who lit the evening with his awesome performance.
The keenly contested event saw Bread of Life zone the host choir going home with the first prize , Son Of Righteousness zone second, and Power of God Zone third prize respectively.
