A political pressure group, the Kwankwasiyya Frontiers (KF) has urged Nigerians to vote for former Kano State Governor, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso as the next President of the country in the 2019 general elections.
The group said it believes that Kwankwaso, who is also the senator representing Kano Central senatorial district in the National Assembly, is the solution to Nigeria’s economic and social problems.
Coordinator of Kwankwasiyya Frontiers in Rivers State, Mr. Ogonna Oriekie, who spoke yesterday in Port Harcourt at the inaugural meeting of the group in the state, urged Nigerians irrespective of their religious affiliations to support and give the former governor the chance to govern this country.
Oriekie said, “As a Governor, Engineer Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso improved economic standard of Kano State and equally served his people diligently with justice and fairness.
“We see him as the solution to the economic situation of this country; He is a man full of patriotism, a man that believe in the unity of this country. Engineer Kwankwaso is a leader that Nigerians have been waiting for because his past antecedents speaks for him.”
Inaugurating the Rivers State chapter of the organization, founder of Kwankwasiyya Frontiers, Pastor Hilary Chukwuma, called for unity among the supporters of the organisation.
Emphasizing that without unity, it will be difficult to make progress, Chukwuma assured the crowd and loyalists of the organisation of the Senator’s support for them.
He thanked members of the group in the state for believing in the Kwankwaso ideology and for coming out in mass to show where their loyalty belongs.
Chukwuma said, “We take Rivers serious because they are the centre o Southern Nigeria. We are happy to see people of different ethnicity and religion showing their loves to our beloved leader and President come 2019 God willing.”
