Firm To Support FG On Bridging Housing Deficit

A property marketing firm, RevolutionPlus Property Development Company Limited said it is in the market to provide capacity to the federal government to cut the 18 million housing deficit by 2030.

Managing director and chief executive officer, Mr. Bamidele Onalaja said the federal government’s vision to provide quality and affordable housing for all by 2030 is achievable with its input to the property sector.

Onalaja disclosed this at the firms stand while speaking with LEADERSHIP at the just concluded 2018 Lagos International Trade fair. He said there are over 15  different housing estates spread across the country were strategically cited to cater for the mass of people there.

He also explained that his background in mortgage banking opened his eyes to the way governments’ effort was being underutilised which fueled his vision to do something about the situation.

Executive director, Mrs Tolulope Onalaja said the  problems of the National Housing Fund which limits people from tapping into it is one of the malaise facing the housing sector that they have come to change.

Also speaking, the RevolutionPlus ambassador and an actor, Odulade Adekola, said that the firm is a trust worthy capable of fulfilling its promises. “My partnership with RevolutionPlus is not just ordinary but authentic,” Adekola said, urging all intending land buyers to look at profiles of property housing firms before doing business with such firm.
