We Will Correct Past Mistakes – Niger Gov



Niger State governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello  has stated that  he would use the second term of his administration  to ensure that mistakes  of his first term in office were corrected.

He stated this yesterday when he swore in the  new Secretary to the  State Government  (SSG), Ibrahim Matane and the Chief of Staff Ibrahim Balarabe at Government House, Minna.

The governor who said that the appointments of the duo was to bring about good governance stated specifically that, the SSG will add more value while the chief of staff is always a performer.

According to him, his government is set to open new page on  governance adding that they have learnt from the mistakes of the past and would correct them in the second term.

Governor Sani Bello urged the newly sworn in SSG and chief of staff to bear it in mind that they are representing the interest of the over 4 million people of Niger State and must work diligently to depart from the mistakes of the past.

He urged them to fear God in the discharge of their  duties  and endeavour to impact the lives of the  ordinary people for the over all development of the state.
