The Senator representing Kaduna Central, Mallam Uba Sani, on Friday, described the death of the renowned Muslim Scholar and the leader of the World Tijjaniyya order, Khaki Sheikh Ahmad Tijjani Inyass as a loss to the entire human race.
President Muhammadu Buhari had on Monday expressed deep sadness over the demise of Sheikh Ahmed Tidiane Niass, Grand Khalifa (leader) of Tijjaniyya Islamic movement in Africa.
Sen. Uba who stated this in a condolence message, implored Muslims to emulate the life and deeds of the late Khalifa by loving one another and embracing the teachings of the Holy Qur’an.
The Senator also prayed for Allah’s forgiveness for the departed Sheikh and extended condolences for the death of Sheikh Mohammad Mukhtar Inyass, a younger brother to the late Khalifa who died earlier from a protected illness.
Sen. Uba Sani, however, reminded Nigerians of the need to continue to live in peace and to embrace every efforts aiming to improve their conditions here and in the thereafter.
