At the launch of the facility, the group managing director/CEO of Mshel Group Limited, Barka Umaru Mshela, said it was established to help expand the frontiers of real estate in Nigeria and bridge the housing gap in the Federal Capital Territory (FCTA).

He said the group had put in place necessary things and very good customer care representatives to serve customers with the highest level of customer service.

“Our own desire is to give you comfort and luxury, and this can only be achieved through deliberate and conscious efforts to make sure all your needs as it concerns luxury and accommodations are catered for, this is why we are championing the new movement of real estate and our houses are fully smart,” he added.

Mshela said the project which cost the company over N2.5 billion is set to create a lot of opportunities in the hospitality industry in Nigeria.

“It has a lot of potential where people are looking for a place where they can sit down, relax and have good opportunities,” he said.

On the new administration, Mshela expressed belief that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a business man will reorganise real estate as he did in Lagos State.

“My anticipation is that there will be a great opportunity in Nigeria for him to tap a lot of opportunities that will bring about foreign investment and will increase our economic activities in the city of Abuja and Nigeria at large,” he said.

Also, the chairman of the board, Dr Musa Tarimbuka, said the hospitality industry in Nigeria is still evolving with an upward trend, because the gap is very wide.

‘‘In Abuja today, if you are to name top-notch suites, it’s less than two percent of the total requirement in Abuja. So, the market is very wide, it is open for those who have the resources to deploy to produce the kind of structure that will meet the needs of the people,’’ he stated.
