The truth is that most successful people are stimulated by personal and life’s experiences. They simply turn past experiences into opportunities. The founder of Adozillion Homes and Realty, Simon Nwachukwu Adozi, interestingly, can relate with what it is to live in near-uninhabitable accommodation, which informed his passion to provide quality, affordable and decent homes for Nigerians.

Simon Adozi boasts of eight years of experience as a realtor. He started Adozillion Homes and Realty in 2021, but has been engineering change in the real estate industry with unprecedented ideas and designs for many years. Honoured with the award of Excellence in Business, Peace and Community Development in 2022, his company has been disruptive and visionary in its design conceptualisation and finishing.

Simon Adozi, speaking in an interview, recounted his background before affluence. He explained that what he has been able to achieve in the industry was a pointer to the fact that he is on the right track.

“I have been a victim of no accommodation and living in houses that are not conducive. So, it has been part of my commitment to make sure that I didn’t just escape living in the shanties, but that I am able to provide decent accommodation for people too,” Simon Adozi stated.

Speaking further, Simon Adozi said, “I have been in this real estate sector for seven years. I have been putting in the work and doing my best. So, being recognised in the ’40 Under 40 CEOs of Africa’ and the ‘Top 100 Most Influential CEOs in Africa’ is something that makes me feel that I am doing the right thing and I am headed in the right direction. It is a call to more work and we are capable and ready to do it.”

Over its more than two years of existence, the company has proven capabilities in the provision of a wide variety of profitable residential and commercial properties out of sheer innovation enmeshed in modern standards, by offering property ownership and investment opportunities, allowing clients enjoy luxury and affordability with high returns on real estate investment.

Simon Nwachukwu Adozi’s strategy is to relentlessly bridge the huge housing gap in the country, majorly targeting the middle class, for whom he has continued to provide affordable housing.

The businessman’s utmost desire is for every Nigerian to own a real estate property investment, a noble idea to which he has written a book to guide and enlighten citizens.

“So, if you do not have a Real Estate Property Investment, you have no real claim to being a citizen in Nigeria. Pastor Paul Adefarasin made a statement about his father’s long term investment such that when it was liquidated, it was enough to start them up in life and also saw them all through school,” Simon Adozi said.

To guide upcoming Realtors, Adozi revealed that he has written a book titled ’10 DEADLY MISTAKES TO AVOID IN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS’ which “will guide you through the process of acquiring an investment or properties in the Real Estate sector in order to help you make wise investment decisions and this book will also resolve the major challenge of ‘IGNORANCE’ which some intending investors who lack knowledge of Real Estate investments and processes possess.”
