Kaduna State Police commissioner, Musa Garba has disclosed that over 12,000 Police officers and men have been deployed across the state, to ensure a hitch-free Eid-el-Kabir (Sallah) celebration.

This is even as he called on trouble makers and hoodlums to relocate from Kaduna State, stressing that he will not hesitate to give them the right treatment should they attempt to interrupt peaceful celebration of the festive season.

The Police commissioner gave the warning while  briefing journalists at the end of his meeting divisional police officers (DPOs) and area commanders on the security arrangements for the festive period.

According to the police boss in the state, he had issued a strict instruction to all the DPOs and strategic officers under his command to prevent any unpleasant occurrence before, during and after the Sallah celebration.
