Parading the suspects over the weekend at the state Command headquarters, Ikot Akpanabia, near Uyo, the state capital, Commissioner of Police (CP), Olatoye Durosinmi, during his second quarter press briefing, said the breakthrough became necessary following intensified anti-crime raids of some crime -prone areas of the state.

Following intelligence, Durosinmi, said his vigilant team of the Quick Response Squad (QRS) were able to track down the suspect and eventually picked him up at Urua Ekpa Junction, searched and recovered a concealed human skull in his bag, adding that “the suspect could not give any reasonable explanation why he was in possession of human skull.”
