Africa’s payroll and HR technology company, SeamlessHR, are set to enhance quality of life for Nigerian Blue-Collar workers through hosting an exclusive event for the top echelon of blue-collar workers in Nigeria in partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

The event holding in Lagos on July 18, 2023 with the themed ‘Win-Win: Optimising Blue-Collar Employee Welfare and Productivity’, will serve as a platform for employers to explore and discuss effective strategies to improve the quality of life and productivity of blue-collar employees in their various organisations.

With Nigeria’s top 25 blue-collar workforce employers, human capital development expert,  Professor Dapo Adeleye, Georgetown University Faculty Director, Human Resources Management, as well as the leadership teams of Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and SeamlessHR all in attendance, the event is built to shape the state of this low-income generating segment of Africa’s workforce.

Chief executive officer of SeamlessHR, Dr. Emmanuel Okeleji, stated that, “we are honoured to host this exclusive event in collaboration with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. By bringing together key stakeholders, industry experts, and thought leaders, we aim to drive meaningful change in the lives of blue-collar employees and at the same time, increase their overall productivity.”
