He emphasised that the donation will play a crucial role in supporting the healthcare needs of patients in the state.

As a testament to the government’s commitment to ensuring efficient healthcare services, Governor Radda announced that a skilled and trained driver would be designated to operate the Ambulance.

He said special training will be provided to the selected driver to handle the vehicle effectively and ensure prompt response during emergencies.

The presentation ceremony was witnessed by dignitaries, including the Secretary to the State Government, Ahmed Dangiwa; the chief of staff at the Government House, Alhaji Jabiru Tsauri, and the principal private secretary to the Governor, Abdullahi Aliyu Turaji.

Governor Radda extended his heartfelt gratitude to the management of Submed Nigeria Limited for the generous donation, emphasising that such partnership between the private sector and the government was vital in advancing healthcare delivery programs in the state.

He said the addition of the Emergency Intensive Care Ambulance to Katsina State’s medical resources “will undoubtedly bolster emergency response capabilities and contribute to the well-being of the citizens.”
