The book, which is a compendium of written tributes dedicated to Major General Yusuf, intends to serve as a guiding manuscript for the aspiring cadres of Junior Officers within the military echelons.

Titled ‘Welfare, Command And Capacity Building In Nigeria,’ the literary work was formally unveiled at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre in the heart of Abuja, on Thursday.

General Yahaya emphasised the importance for commanders to prioritise the well-being and consistent training of their subordinates.
