Reconciliation: PDP Meets 2023 Guber Candidates Wednesday

The national leadership of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will meet with its governorship candidates on Wednesday. The meeting is at the behest of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party.

A notification from the party’s national organizing secretary, Hon. Umar M. Bature, said “In its continuous effort to reconcile our Great Party The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the National Working Committee (NWC), wishes to invite all our Gubernatorial Candidates in the just concluded General Elections held on March 18, 2023, to a consultative meeting.”

The meeting which hold at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja, follows a series of meetings held by party stakeholders aimed at reconciling the warring camps within its ranks.

Candidates expected at the meeting are Sir. Okechukwu Ahiwe; Rt. Hon. Titus Uba; Hon. Mohammed Ali; Sen. Prof. Sandy Onor; Chief Odii Ifeanyi Chukwuma; Alh. Mohammed Barde Jibrin; Alh. Mustapha Sule Lamido; Rt. Hon. Isa Ahmed Ashiru.

Others are Alh. Wali Sadiq Mohammed; Sen. Garba Yakubu Lado Danmarke;  Maj. Gen. Bande Aminu; Shuaibu Yaman Abdullahi; Dr. Adediran A. Olajide; Hon. Ombugadu Emmanuel;  Alh. Liman I. Kantigi; Hon. Adebutu Oladipupo O; Alh. Umar Saidu; and Alh. Shariff Abdullahi.
