A political support group, G37, has congratulated President Ahmed Bola Tinubu on the judgment of Presidential Election Petitions Court, describing the verdict as a landmark in the history of Nigeria.

National coordinator of the group, Comrade Evans City, who stated this in Abuja after the court judgement, said the judgment clearly showed that the president won the election devoid of petty scheming and lies being peddled by the oppositions.

Noting that no emotional blackmail can guarantee victory in any competent court of law, Comrade City equally lauded President Tinubu on his achievements in the 100 days he has spent in office, which he said has shut the mouth of his critics, both home and abroad.

He said since assumption of duties, the president was able to stem the tide of insecurity which had nearly crippled the country.

He, therefore, appealed to the opposition leaders to embrace peace and congratulate the president to the interest of Nigerians, especially the future of young ones, adding that there is no joy in formenting trouble.
