The plaintiffs, Ichado Samson and members of NCP had dragged Atiku and Dr Nat Yaduma before the court.

In suit No CV/20/63/2020, Ismaila and others are claiming non-payment of N500 million for work done when he was engaged as the director of Atiku Campaign Organisation from 2018 till the conduct of the presidential election in February 2019.

The claimants averred that Atiku violated the contract entered into, refused or neglected to pay their entitlements.

According to their joint statement of claim, they prayed the court for an order awarding to them N500 million being unpaid contract sum due to them since February 2019.
