Chairman of Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Christopher Zakka Maikalangu, has called on residents of the council to always protect and maintain government projects executed in their environments.

The chairman who made this call during a tour of ongoing and completed projects in different AMAC communities in the council, also urged the residents to always regard government property as their own.

“Once you have that mentality, you will protect the property the way you would protect your personal properties. For all the road projects you are seeing in Jikwoyi and Kpeyegyi, I assure you they will be completed within three weeks.

“They are not going to be abandoned projects. They will be completed for immediate use. I am grateful for the people supporting the administration. I want you all to continue being good residents,” he said.
