The chairman who made this call during a tour of ongoing and completed projects in different AMAC communities in the council, also urged the residents to always regard government property as their own.

“Once you have that mentality, you will protect the property the way you would protect your personal properties. For all the road projects you are seeing in Jikwoyi and Kpeyegyi, I assure you they will be completed within three weeks.

“They are not going to be abandoned projects. They will be completed for immediate use. I am grateful for the people supporting the administration. I want you all to continue being good residents,” he said.

During the inspection tour, the chairman inspected the installation of a 500kva by 11-line transformer in the Kugbo community and a 500-meter road in the same Kugbo community.

At the Karshi community, the chairman inspected the construction of a comprehensive motorized borehole at Karshi Agwan, including the renovation of the secretariat.

The head of works and housing, Andrew Gaza, while speaking during the inspection, said that the water project is a basic need of the people as water is life.
