The body of PMAN in the FCT has condemned the bulling of any Nigerian artiste or musician, while calling on all musicians and artistes to seek redress by speaking out and taking advantage of the body.
It stated this while commiserating with the family of Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba aka Mohbad who died on September 12, saying news of his death had left the community of musicians, artistes and performers in total dismay.
A statement made available by the governor of PMAN in the FCT, Asowari Sydney- Jack, said; “We are poised to put the welfare and the lives of our artistes first and affirm that the death of one artiste affects us all.
“We continue to preach peace and ask that we accommodate each other and strengthen the collaborations with young and upcoming artiste by allowing them the freedom and reach to explore their potentials.
“This is sad yet we know that Mohbad inspired millions of lives through his music and his message of light and peace will continue to be a legacy in the history of Nigerian music.
“His passing is painful and a huge loss to the entertainment industry, we acknowledge the solidarity of entertainers and well-meaning Nigerians and plead for calm and to allow the police and other relevant authorities to conclude their investigations.”
