Imo Guber – NNPP Odunzeh Promises To Introduce Land Ratification Process To Empower Community Leaders

The Governorship Candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) Hon. Uche Ben Odunzeh has promised to introduce land ratification process as a means to empower community leaders and land owners

Hon. Odunzeh who was reacting to the protest by the people of owala uratta over the invasion and forceful takeover of their lands decried the situation saying if elected his administration will see to the end of that in every part of the state.

 

The real estate expert explained that the Land ratification is a process where the land buyer pays a certain fee to the community leaders or land owners before going to the government/ministry of lands to perfect their title.
