Ace Real Estate Development Limited, one of the fast-rising real estate firms in Lagos, with a mission to provide Nigerians with worthwhile real estate investment and make property acquisition safe and affordable, has launched Nigeria’s first private commercial village.

Ace Commercial Village located along Epe/Ijebu Ode expressway is described as a haven purposely created to cater for, and bring together in one cluster both commercial and industrial activities.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of Ace Real Estate, Ayobami Akindipe, the planned commercial village is to pioneer the future of commerce and industry in Nigeria with the aim of promoting local production of goods and services in the country.

“We are pioneering a private industrial and commercial village, a first of its kind in Nigeria geared towards the development and increased production of local goods and services from one concentrated settlement. The ultimate aim is to encourage local companies in the country with a veritable space to contribute positively to the economic activities of Nigeria,’’ Ayobami explained.

He added that, “the location of the Ace Commercial Village is such that it caters for both small, medium and large business enterprises allowing for single-hold and partnership asset acquisitions. From 600msq to 1,000msq, there are ample options for firms to choose from in order to achieve their production or service delivery goals.”
