BESDA was also paid outstanding allowances of N450 million the state government owed them for the services they rendered in the past years.

Among the items distributed were 1.3 million textbooks of Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Studies, 670,000 exercise books, 7,000 whiteboards, 7,100 markers, and 15,000 bags.
