ATCO Homes, a fast-rising real estate firm, has been recognised for its innovative residential development and construction standards. The firm received two notable awards – International Property and Standards Excellence Award by the World Quality Alliance (WQA) and the International Property Award (IPA), on October 14 and 19, 2023, in Abuja and Dubai, respectively.
The IPA is a world-renowned mark of excellence. It celebrates the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. The presentation ceremony is held annually in the United Arab Emirates.
The WQA Standards Excellence Awards recognise the commitment of local businesses to achieving and upholding standards that align with the quality prescriptions of the International Standards Organisation (ISO).
The award is held to commemorate the annual World Standards Day.
The winners of the IPA and the WQA awards are selected by an independent panel of judges after thorough scrutinies have been carried out. The IPA is chaired by Lord Waverly and Lord Best: two independent members of the United Kingdom’s House of Lords.
