Group Launches Young Professionals Programme To Nurture Emerging Talents

Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group, has launched the Young Professionals Programme (YPP) in  its commitment to nurturing and growth of young Nigerian talents.

The YPP programme includes a structured six-week induction program tailored to individual development needs, mentorship and guidance from seasoned industry experts and exposure to diverse industries and markets, including Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Speaking on the importance of the initiative in Abuja, head, corporate communications , TGI Group, Rafiat Gawat, said, the company remains committed to fostering emerging talent and creating a pathway for young professionals to excel is at the core of TGI Group’s mission.

The YPP is a comprehensive talent development programme designed to provide emerging professionals with a unique opportunity to deepen their knowledge, cultivate essential leadership skills and realise their career aspirations.

Successful YPP applicants are expected to embark on an enriching journey that includes an intensive six-week induction exercise, equipping them with the skills and insights needed to thrive in today’s dynamic business landscape.

 

The programme is also open to individuals with bachelor’s and higher national diplomas in Engineering, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Sciences, and other disciplines relevant to the TGI Group’s diverse portfolio of businesses.

Participants would also get hands-on experience across TGI Group’s businesses and opportunities for career advancement within the organisation.
