FRSC Establishes 9 Unit Commands In Kaduna

Corps Marshal, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Dauda Ali Biu, has said nine additional Unit commands have been established in Kaduna State to enhance road safety.

At the commissioning of the new FRSC Kaduna Sector Command Office Complex in Kaduna, Biu appreciated the state government for allocating the lands in prime locations for the construction of the sector command and zonal command offices, which, he said, have created conducive working environment for the workforce.

In her remarks, Kaduna State deputy governor, Dr Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, applauded the officers and personnel of the Corps for their tireless efforts, professionalism and commitment in saving lives and preventing road accidents.

The deputy governor who described the FRSC as a crucial partner in the state government’s quest to enhance road safety in Kaduna State added that the inauguration of the sector command office was a testament to the strong bond between the FRSC and the state government.

Balarabe reiterated that the administration of Governor Uba Sani recognises the importance of collaborative efforts to ensure safer roads for Kaduna residents, assuring that the government remains steadfast in its commitment to providing the necessary support required to boost the corps‘ operations in Kaduna.
