Saboteurs Behind Protest Against FCT Minister – Group

The Movement for the Emancipation of FCT Indigenes has described as callous, ill-informed and political, the recent protest against the FCT minister, Nyesom Wike, staged at the National Assembly.

In a statement by the publicity secretary of the group, Adayilo David, he said since the assumption of office by Nyesom Wike, various transformations had taken place.

According to him, among them is the reopening of the Abuja Market Management Office hitherto involved in leadership crisis which reduced market revenue for the FCT Administration.

Similarly, he said Wike ensured that the FCTA is exempted from the Treasury Single Account in order to ease bureaucracy and attract development.
