Nigerian artiste, Victor Ike, who is the brother of Nollywood actor, Emeka Ike, has defended his brother against allegations of domestic violence.

He said the actor’s ex-wife, Suzanne Emma physically assaulted their mother.

LEADERSHIP reports that the actor had revealed in a recent interview that his ex-wife had alleged that he assaulted her.

He also claimed she sold all his properties and prevented him from accessing his children.

Victor Ike reacted to the issue on X in response to a user’s post which read: “Emeka Ike went on live TV to narrate how his ex-wife almost ruined him, but couldn’t tell the public what led to the blackmails; the assault story isn’t really adding up cos if this was the only reason, why didn’t he defend himself with proof? Especially with everything on the line. Again, he made no point by implying that only rich/successful men are labelled a “woman beater”, he’s out of touch with reality cos poor men have been accused & imprisoned repeatedly.”

Replying to the post, Victor said, “Please don’t be judgmental when you don’t know their stories. Emeka Ike is my blood brother, and everything he said on Channels TV was 100% true. He didn’t even mention how she and her mother constantly beat my mum whenever she visited. He needs to see his kids.

“He has always loved and stood for her even when she lies against his own family. Most of us in the family are not in good communication with him just because of her, so it is false to claim that the man who disowned his family for her was a wife-beater. Don’t hurt him with his kids.”
