Alliance & General Insurance Unveils Growth Path For 2024

In it bit to navigate the course for the coming year, Alliance & General Insurance Plc team-management staff and heads of departments have charts a bold path forward unveiled 2024 strategy.

In a statement issued by the chief marketing officer, Alliance and General Insurance Plc, Aluor Stephen Agusah, said the three-day event, which held from November 30 to December 2 2023, at the College of Insurance and Financial Management (CIFM) Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Asese, Ogun State, with a guiding theme, ‘Rejigging the Power Behind You’. provided the Alliance & General team a platform to delved into comprehensive evaluation of the company’s standing, Mission, Vision, and the intricacies of its Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis.

The statement noted that spearheading the strategic discussions were key figures of the Management Team, including the managing director/CEO, Felicia Bolajoko David, executive director of Operations, Olafisoye Folashade, and Executive director, Olatunde Talabi.

According to the statement, the consultancy expertise of Fuller Yield Consults, represented by Steve Olayinka, Dr. Tope-Philips Aikhuemelo and Lateef Barnabas, proved instrumental in steering the sessions towards a pragmatic and forward-looking approach. The team was brought face-to-face with the stark realities of the market and through the guidance of the Consultants, Alliance & General Insurance Plc developed a robust action plan for the upcoming year.

CEO, Felicia Bolajoko David remarks that we have evaluated where we stand as a business, where we rank, and how we can leverage opportunities while mitigating threats. The discussions were not just about profit margins, but the core values and culture that define us as an organisation. 

Also commenting, the executive director of operations, Olafisoye Folahade said that we are not just a company; we are a community. Our success is deeply intertwined with the well-being and unity of our team. The training sessions on personal hygiene and wellness were not just a corporate initiative but an investment in the health and happiness of our most valuable asset our people.
