No Hiding Place For Bandits In Bauchi – Governor

In his effort to secure lives and property of citizens of the state in the face of a growing national insecurity, Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed has warned bandits and other criminals to surrender to security agencies before it is too late.

Mohammed who acknowledged the continued synergy and planning within security agencies in the state, said there is no safe haven for any criminal element within the geographical enclave of Bauchi State.

The governor said this when he hosted heads of security agencies in his office yesterday.

He assured all security apparatus in the state that he will continue to provide them with the necessary support required to secure lives and property of citizens of the state.

The governor commended the cordiality prevailing among different sister security outfits in the state, saying it is a required attribute to defeat insecurity.

Governor Mohammed security remains his topmost priority, adding that he will not let any stone unturned in his indefatigable commitment securing the Bauchi for the people of the state to enjoy social, economic and political growth.

He said already, the relative peace Bauchi is enjoying is courtesy of the sustained strategic efforts of security agencies is being recognized nationally and internationally.
