The Concerned Northern Forum (CNF) has said that the minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji Ojo, has proven to be one of the shining lights of this administration and has continued to reposition the ministry positively since his assumption of office, saying he should be allowed to continue the good works without any distractions.
In a statement by its secretary, Amodu Philip, the forum averred that Nigeria has been historically bedeviled by a laborious and time-wasting passport application process that has become a cesspool of corruption for some individuals to greedily fill their pockets while Nigerians lament.

The forum stressed that the coming on board of the miinister has helped in modernising and digitalising the nation’s passport application process which it said is a step in the right direction.

“His commitment to keeping with his promise is also to be commended. The honourable minister on assuming office gave a time frame and calendar for when his reforms will start taking place and he has kept to this time set excellently.

“In a country where we have become accustomed to promising and failing in leadership, Honourable Ojo has shown himself as a rare breed and trailblazer, a young mind whose energy, focus and patriotism to the nation is admirable.

“As a progressive organisation, we are committed to our dear nation’s development, a better life and stable economy, translating to a better livelihood to all citizens,” the statement read.
