Troops Storm Bandits’ Camp, Kill 3, Recover Weapons In Taraba

Troops of the 6 Brigade, Nigerian Army deployed to Karim-Lamido local government area of Taraba State have invaded a bandits’ camp and killed three of them.
They also recover weapons and ammunition from the scene.

The brigade commander, Brigadier Kingsley Uwa said the command won a significant victory against the criminals in Taraba.
Uwa said two AK47 rifles, a motorcycle used by the criminals and a cache of 40 rounds of 7.62 mm were recovered during the special operation in Chibi village.
He said troops of the 6 Brigade acting on actionable intelligence, conducted a precision strike against the criminals.

While applauding the troops for their bravery and efficiency in executing the operation, Uwa described the engagement as a demonstration of their unwavering commitment to maintaining peace and security in Taraba.
He promised the military‘s determination to rid the state of criminal elements and ensure the safety and well-being of the people.
