How come we find a lot of automated teller machines in town and in the suburbs that are hardly dispensing cash. Does this make any sense at all?

First, we albeit quietly endured the scarcity of Naira notes. Then we moved on to limits being placed on the amount we are able to withdraw from these machines (thank goodness for those malfunctioning!!) when does this stress end?

I was at the ATM the other day, Infact I had to drive to about four points before I finally landed at one that seemed to be dispensing cash.

A man before me was looking frustrated as he punched in his details. He hissed once or twice and grumbled to himself before deciding he was done with the machine and left. The ATM I was using was not dispensing and so I moved over to the one the man had just used.
