In addition to her legal expertise, Kemi is the visionary founder of Greenland Concepts Nig. Limited, a holding company with subsidiaries specialising in real estate business sectors and legal services. Her recent expansion into Canada with another Greenland Concepts office underscores her dedication to global expansion and excellence in the real estate sector.

Career And Education

With a first degree in Law from the University of Wolverhampton, Olomola-Sijuwade has been Principal Partner at KOS Legal Services for nearly eight years.

She is also the CEO of Greenland Concepts, a construction company focused on Real Estate contracting and development.

Armed with a degree in law from a prestigious institution in the United Kingdom, KoS’s journey began with a firm foundation in legal practice. Over the years, she has seamlessly woven her legal expertise into the intricate realm of real estate, navigating diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes with finesse.

Lagos Business School alumna, Kemi Olomola-Sijuwade, was appointed as the managing director and chief executive officer of the Nigeria Police Force Property Development and Construction Company (NPFPDC).

A graduate of Lagos Business School’s highly ranked Modular Executive MBA (MEMBA 4), Olomola-Sijuwade is running the affairs of the NPFPDC, the Real Estate arm of the Nigeria Police Force.

She brings 20 years of Real Estate experience to the role, having previously functioned as Property Manager in companies such as Jide Taiwo & Co., Fidelity Bond Nigeria, and Industrial and General Insurance (IGI).

In 2018, Olomola-Sijuwade attended the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies and is now a Member, National Institute (mni). She is a member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); International Bar Association (IBA); The Commonwealth Lawyers Association (CLA); The Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA); National Association of Paralegals (NALP), UK, and several others.
