The CEO of Hadegold Media, Aladewura Adegboyega, also known as Sir Adegold, has addressed the pressing issues of hardship and insecurity in Nigeria, lamenting the departure from the national motto of “Unity and Faith, Peace and Progress.”
In his statement posted on social media, he expressed deep concern over the challenging circumstances faced by Nigerians, highlighting the widespread hardship and insecurity that has gripped the nation. He emphasised the need for urgent action to restore peace and stability, stating, “The peace has been taken from the citizens; it is only God that can save us.”
Sir Adegold’s comments come at a time when Nigeria is grappling with a range of challenges, including economic difficulties, security threats, and social unrest. His words reflect the growing frustration and despair felt by many Nigerians as they struggle to cope with these hardships.
As a prominent figure in the media industry, his remarks carry weight and are likely to resonate with a wide audience. His call for action and his plea for divine intervention underscore the gravity of the situation facing Nigeria and serve as a reminder of the urgent need for unity, faith, and progress in the country.
It remains to be seen what impact the CEO’s statement will have, but it is clear that his words have struck a chord with many Nigerians who are desperate for change and a brighter future.
