Real Estate Firm Promises Building 700 Homes By 2027

D’Mayors Estate Group (DME) has outlined ambitious plans to construct and deliver a minimum of 700 homes by 2027, while pledging further investment in Nigeria’s real estate sector.

The chief executive officer (CEO) D’Mayors Estate Group, Olumayowa Olurishe made this announcement yesterday at the commissioning of these 69 units of several luxury house types called D’ MAYORs Estate and the flag-off ceremony of another project which possesses the future of sophistication-d’ broadfield in Abuja.

Expressing the company’s commitment to bolstering Nigeria’s real estate sector, Olurishe emphasized their dedication to ensuring the availability, accessibility, and affordability of housing for all Nigerians.

He highlighted the far-reaching impact of their projects, not only on staff and premises but also on communities and the nation as a whole.

“We have a vision to be amongst the top 10 most affordable luxury home providers in Nigerian by year 2032, this is because we believe every Nigeria deserves luxury irrespective of their budget sizes.

“In the past six years, we have completed over 150 affordable luxury homes, and our APO DUTSE project which is being displayed on the screen and planned to be commissioned in October, upon completion will make it over 300 units of affordable luxury homes been delivered within 7 years of establishment as a company, which we shall invite you Hon. sir for the commissioning as well by the special grace of God Almighty.

“By 2027, when we shall be celebrating our 10th year anniversary, we plan to have built and delivered at least 700 homes,” he said.

Reacting to the development, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Arch Ahmed Dangiwa underscores the significance of housing as a vital aspect of national development.

Dangiwa stated that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to citizen welfare is exemplified through initiatives like the DME Group’s estate project, aligning with the government’s vision for sustainable urban development.

He said, “Therefore, the initiative taken by DME Group to build this estate aligns with the government’s vision for sustainable urban development. The project embodies the collaborative efforts between the public and private sectors, showcasing how partnerships can drive impactful change and contribute to the growth and development of our nation.”
