Despite having a decent outing at the World Cup in the past, the Nigerian side has yet to win a game at the Olympics.

The draw for the ancient games was held on Tuesday and D’Tigress was handed tough opposition in Australia, Canada, and host France.

“We have never won any Olympic game before and we want to start by doing that now.

“We’ve won at the World Cup beating Argentina, Turkey, and Greece but we’ve not done the same with the Olympics and we must start with a win. I would love us to win every game but we must take it one step at a time.
