Governor Inuwa Mourns As 6 Family Members Die In Road Crash

Gombe State Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has expressed his deepest condolence to Maidalan Gombe over the loss of six of his family members in a ghastly motor accident along Azare- Gombe Road, yesterday.

Inuwa, who attended the funeral prayers alongside the Emir of Gombe, Alhaji Abubakar Shehu Abubakar III and hundreds of other sympathisers, said the loss of family members in such a tragic manner is quite devastating.

He said the entire Gombe community was deeply affected by the sad event.

“Our heartfelt condolences to Maidalan Gombe and the entire bereaved family members during this incredibly difficult time. The loss of 6 family members in such a tragic road accident is not only a profound loss to their family but it also deeply affects the entire Gombe people.

“Words cannot adequately express the sorrow felt for the immense grief you and your loved ones are experiencing. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers as you pass through this heartbreaking time,” he said.

The governor prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased and reward their good deeds with Aljannat Firdaus.

Their mass funeral was observed at the palace of the emir of Gombe, Abubakar Shehu Abubakar.
