7 Die, 16 Injured In Ibadan Auto Crash

At least seven people have reportedly lost their lives in a road accident that occurred along the Iseyin-Ibadan Road in Oyo State.

The accident which involved two vehicles also led to other passengers sustaining various degrees of injuries.

Oyo State Acting Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), David Tunde Adewale confirmed the incident on Friday.

Adewale in a telephone conversation said 22 people were involved in the accident.

He said, “It is true, seven people died; 22 people were involved.

“Two vehicles were involved in the accident. 16 people were taken to the hospital.”
