Nkole, who served from 2015-2023, made the donation when a delegation of the people led by Mazi Emmanuel Okwuobasi Kanu paid him a thank-you visit at his residence in Umuahia, the Abia State capital.

The former Peoples Democratic Party lawmaker expressed gratitude to the people for coming back to appreciate his contributions to the development of the constituency during his tenure.

“I sincerely thank you for your show of appreciation for the contributions,” he said, assuring that he would continue to make meaningful contributions to the development of the constituency when contacted.

Nkole, who later met with the local government ward chairmen of the party at his country home in Ozu Abam, underscored the importance of unity and cooperation among them.
