REDAN To Enhance Real Estate Landscape In Oyo

The CEO of Land Republic and financial secretary of the Real Estate Developers of Nigeria, (REDAN), Oyo State chapter, Amb. Victor Adesewa Adegbile joined a delegation team led by Chairman of REDAN, Oyo State Hon. Dr. MKH, on a visit to key stakeholders in the Oke Ogun region to address shelter challenges and improve sustainability of the housing sector in Oyo State.

The visit commenced with a courtesy call on the Ayedero of Yorubaland, Hon. Shina Peller, where discussions centred around collaborative efforts to enhance the real estate landscape in Oyo State.

Following this, the delegation visited the Palace of the Aseyin of Iseyin land,

Oba Sefiu Oyebola Adeyeri III, Ajirotutu I and as the chairman of the Oke Ogun Council of Obas and the vice-chairman of the Council of Obas in Oyo State, the King’s royal blessings and unwavering support were pivotal.

Reflecting on these engagements, Amb. Victor Adesewa Adegbile said: “We are deeply committed to addressing the shelter challenges in Oke Ogun and driving overall development in Oyo State.

According to him, the support from our traditional and governmental leaders is crucial to achieving our goals.

In addition, the meeting concluded with a productive meeting with the Special Advisor to the governor on Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Olakunle Akinsete, who is also a member of the Oyo State Housing Board.

This meeting further solidified the association’s resolve to work harmoniously with all stakeholders to address housing issues effectively.

Land Republic continues to pledge its commitment to solving housing problems in Nigeria and across Africa.
