Gombe Governor Appoints New Principal Secretary

Gombe State governor Inuwa Yahaya has approved Professor Mu’azu Shehu Usman’s appointment as his new principal private secretary (PPS).

He also made key postings in the state civil service.

The appointment was announced by the head of the civil service, Ahmed Kasimu Abdullahi, in a statement saying Usman has been appointed as permanent secretary and principal private secretary (PPS) to the governor, while Mohammed Bello Kumo has been posted to the Office of the Head of Civil Service.

Also, Mohammed Usman Shanu, former director/PPS to the governor, was redeployed to the Office of the Head of Civil Service as director.
