The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), PressOne Africa, Mayowa Okegbenle has stressed the critical need for equipping African entrepreneurs with advanced tools and technologies at the Lagos Startup Week 2024.

Okegbenle emphasized that fostering innovation and providing the right resources is pivotal for the continent’s economic growth.

Highlighting the company’s commitment, Okegbenle said, “We have invested significant resources to guide emerging industry leaders through successful ventures, and we are thrilled to showcase these solutions at Startup Week 2024.”

During the event, PressOne Africa launched the “Developer Program,” a cutting-edge platform featuring advanced APIs and Software Development Kits (SDKs). Okegbenle explained, “The Developer Program is designed to empower developers with the tools, resources, and support necessary to create innovative voice communication solutions that will optimize operations and drive business growth.”

He added, “This initiative underscores PressOne Africa‘s dedication to fostering innovation and progress in today’s rapidly evolving tech ecosystem.”

The team also conducted live demonstrations of their dynamic cloud-based communications solutions, highlighting their functionality and benefits for modern businesses.

Okegbenle led several panel discussions, exploring the future of technology and entrepreneurship in Africa with insights from industry leaders.

Participants praised the event, with one young tech founder sharing, “Experiencing PressOne Africa is a game-changer. From observing their live product demonstrations to connecting with their community, I see a platform that equips us to offer more value to our users. We fully intend to leverage the Developer Program kit to upgrade our products.”
