Students of Lagos State University (LASU) were caught on video vibing to Neo Phlames song ‘Heart Down’.

The rising Afrobeats artiste shared videos of LASU rendering a choir version of the song on social media with the caption, “I love how they turned this into a choir song. LASU students are the vibe! Watch out for me at your school anytime. Tag them if you know them. Tag a LASU student. Let’s go!”
Phlames noted that the grassroots approach of visiting higher institutions, is his strategy for promoting his music organically.

“With no financial support, record label or management, I decided to promote my music directly. It might take a few months, but it will happen eventually,” he added.

Born Adeniyi Babatunde Adewoyin, the singer who hails from Oyo State recently released his debut EP ‘I Just Did It’ which features tracks like ‘Heart Down’, ‘Iba’, ‘Kadara’, ‘Abiyamo’ and ‘Macaroni’.
