Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Zamfara State has faulted the APC for accusing it of using protesters to attack the residence of the minister of state for defence, Bello Mohammed Matawalle.

The acting PDP chairman in the state, Muktar Muhammad Lugga who is also the chief of staff Government House Gusau, while speaking to newsmen in reaction to the APC’s allegation, described it as a figment of their imagination.

The APC accused the PDP government in the state of using its members disguised as protesters to attempt to attack the personal house of Matawalle and other APC personalities in the state.

Lugga stated that what the leaders of the APC were doing at a time when the country is in a difficult situation was an insult to the constitution of Nigeria and President Bola Tinubu.
