As Nigeria faces widespread protests and national unrest, a call for calm and prayer has emerged from one of the country’s most prominent clerics, the founder and general overseer of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry (CMDM), Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin.

Fufeyin, who took to social media to offer prayers for the peace and stability of the nation, according to a video that has quickly gained traction online, was seen praying fervently for all Nigerians, including both the protesters and the President Bola Tinubu administration.

The Warri, Delta State-based Prophet’s message, which emphasises unity and reconciliation, has resonated deeply with many, sparking a wave of positive reactions across various social media platforms.

“Nigeria is stepping into greatness and economic stability,” declared Prophet Fufeyin in the video, expressing a vision of hope and a bright future for the country.

His call for prayer and unity comes at a critical time, as the nation confronts a range of deep-seated issues that have fueled public dissatisfaction and protests.

Prophet Fufeyin’s message is not limited to one side of the conflict but seeks to bridge the divides between different groups. He urged all stakeholders—including protesters and government officials—to come together in dialogue and begin a journey of national healing and restoration. This inclusive approach, which prays for both the people and the government, underscores the Prophet’s understanding of the complexities facing the nation.

His message is seen by many as an opportunity for the country to heal and move forward, building a future that reflects the collective hopes and dreams of its citizens.
