Does age dictate our decision to impact on others? Absolutely not! It is a phenomenon that originates from the heart; something inexplicable.

Popular Nigerian broadcaster, voiceover specialist and talent manager, Adedoyin Ayomide Samuel, popularly referred to as AyRubber, is an extraordinary young man who is creating enviable and enduring legacy worthy of emulation.

AyRubber, a media personality, is a highly resourceful Nigerian youth. His gift and professionalism on radio and television has carved a niche for him among the best in the industry, and placed him among the best in the Nigerian media circle.

Speaking on how he developed himself to become a force to be reckoned with on radio and in public speaking, AyRubber said, “I heard this saying from VJ Adams, ‘make your passion your profession so that work will become play’, so if you make your passion your profession and work becomes play, it will be easy because I fell in love with hearing people talking either on radio, music or TV”, he said.

“I am a Nigerian media personality, social media influencer, and one of the talented On-Air Personality (AOP) Nigeria can boast of today”, added AyRubber.

Continuing, AyRubber said, “I tend to pay attention, watch a lot of movies to be able to do public speaking on TV or radio perfectly, and I put in all the work. I must confess, it was a tough one because when I was grooming myself back then, I remembered when I walked along the streets.

“I usually read billboards aloud to myself because I wanted to see how my voice would sound in that particular sentence. I usually read billboards to teach myself and practice more even before I got into journalism school. So, all I did was just apply it. It’s good to really practice”, added AyRubber.

As much as his impact on air, the Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ) Lagos graduate, is even doing more exploit outside the walls of the studio. Ayrubber is much more of value to those he has helped to identify and nurture their talent to the point of becoming superstars in their own right.

“As a Talent Manager, my drive has always been to make sure I helped someone from point 0 to 100. I have always tried to see the talents and make them blow. I just want to make an impact and it’s not necessarily about the money. That is when the content creation comes in when you see a talent you connect them to become a better person and also give support for the development of such talent”, noted AyRubber.

In a correct pecking order, AyRubber should first be described as a philanthropist, a broadcaster per excellence, and a talent manager.

He recently made charity outreaches to St Monica’s Orphanage of the Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos located in Iju Ishaga, as well as to The LoveHome Orphanage, a subsidiary of Real Women Foundation, located in the Magodo area of the state. The two centres became the latest recipients of Ayrubber’s benevolence. The latter of the two orphanages was opened to the public in 2005, with the purpose of “healing and empowering women and children”, a course this incredible human being is helping to fulfill.
