The culture-change song and video previously launched in the Federal Civil Service have been reintroduced to drive the ongoing Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan (FCSSIP)-25 Reforms in the service.

The head of civil service of federation, Mrs Didi Esther Walson-Jack, unveiled the song at a retreat for federal permanent secretaries in Suleja, Niger State, from Thursday, September 5 to Saturday, September 7, 2024.

She said the song was expected to drive critical reforms in the Nigerian federal civil service and act as a unifying force to strengthen the culture of a productive, incorruptible and citizen-centred public service.

“This song, a source of pride and inspiration, will also serve as a clarion call and rallying point for all federal civil servants, uniting us in our shared mission to drive the reforms, boost productivity and deliver excellent service to Nigerian citizens,” Mrs Walson-Jack said.

She emphasised that the song would inspire civil servants to showcase professionalism and courtesy in their work and interactions with colleagues and the public, making them ‘the change Nigerians want to see.’
