Niger Assembly Loses Member

The Niger State House of Assembly yesterday announced the death of the member representing Munya Constituency,  Hon.  Joseph Haruna Sduza.

A statement  by the head of media and public relations, Farouq Umar Isah  said the deceased was also the chairman, House Standing Committee on Security and Intelligence.

He said the death occurred yesterday after a brief illness.

According to the statement, the leadership, members and staff of the House of Assembly mourned the late member.

He said the house prayed  that God  grants his soul eternal rest and  give the family, the  assembly and constituents the fortitude to bear the loss.
