It’s A Complex Matter: Dreadful Roads!

You look at bad roads in some areas of the country and you wonder why it is so.

Why can’t the local government areas fix their roads? Again, you find some very established and grand organisations built along these roads, they have a lot of customers who ply the road, even in its dreadful state and you wonder why these rich establishments cannot cooperate and contribute towards fixing the road.

Well, I have been there also asking the same question, just for a colleague at the office to explain the matter. Where do I start? It’s more than meets the eye, it’s really a complex and complicated matter.
