It tells the gripping story of a pregnant woman facing the trauma of previous pregnancy loss who goes into sudden labour and is forced to give birth at a hospital. Chaos erupts when she learns her baby had died shortly after birth; she insisted the deceased infant isn’t hers and takes the hospital staff hostage, demanding the return of her real baby.

Amidst the turmoil, a diabetic undercover detective, who possesses evidence against a gang boss, becomes embroiled in the hostage situation, drawing the attention of the gang’s hitmen.
Founded by Ne Kunda Nlaba, a film producer and academic, the London PAFF aims to highlight diverse narratives within Pan-African cinema.
