Kwara Senator Organises 4-Day Medical Outreach For Constituents

The senator representing Kwara Central in the National Assembly, Saliu Mustapha, has flagged off a four-day medical outreach for the rural dwellers in his constituency.

The medical mission, which commenced  at Oke-Oyi main market, Ilorin East local government area of Kwara State, featured treatments for malaria, typhoid, hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, gastroenteritis, peptic ulcer, asthma, diarrhea, and other health conditions.

Represented by his legislative aide, Abdulkadir Tunde, the lawmaker stated that the outreach was aimed at improving access to health care for residents of Kwara Central.

He added that the programme was organised in collaboration with the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Budo Egba in Asa local government area of the state.

Mustapha said that the outreach would be held in strategic locations across the four local governments that comprise Kwara Central.

He urged his constituents to take full advantage of the healthcare services being offered.
