Following the spate of killings in the country especially the south east with the recent attack on Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah and his security personnel which recorded some deaths, the General Overseer of Omega Power Ministry OPM Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere has made a passionate appeal to those perpetrating crimes prophesying that the country will become better from 2023.
Sen. Ubah is a member of the Nigerian Senate
The incident which took place in Enugwu Ukwu community, Njikoka Local Government Area of the state, claimed the lives of some persons in the convoy, while Ubah narrowly escaped the bullets of the suspected assassins.
Apostle Chinyere who is a known empowerment clergy in the country called on the perpetrators of violence to desist from him urging them to realise that he has empowered thousands of repentant criminals and will do same if need be for them also.
The Port Harcourt based popular cleric who declared general fasting throughout all branches of his church for the safety of Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah whom he said was a major contributor to the free specialist hospitals, promised to offer free scholarships to the late police escorts children to university level within the country.

Before I go on, you know OPM is not your enemy.
By the Grace of God OPM has rehabilitated more than 10,000 of your type.
We did not discriminate or isolate you, we welcomed you with both arms.
And many of you are now successful in different legitimate business and no more crime.
God loves you so so much and he does not want you to die with your crimes and go to HELL FIRE.
Please I want to make this special appeal.
You all entered into crime because of the situation of this country which affected you and you were not happy about
Please can you suspend your actions, I strongly believe that God is restoring the glory of Nigeria in 2023.
Please for sake of God Almighty, stop the killings and see what God is going to do in 2023. There will be lots of genuine jobs, not crimes.
Many foreign companies are coming into Nigeria and there will be lots of genuine jobs so you take good care of your families without hiding inside the forests.
Nigerians have suffered enough, please give peace a chance for 2023.
I could not sleep through out yesterday, I cried over the rate of violent crimes going on.
And God has assured me that it shall be well in 2023.
Please give peace a chance. What I am telling you now is the assurance I got from God that 2023 shall be good.
I Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere loves you, Nigerians love you and especially the security agents you are attacking loves you. They are really not your enemy. They are doing their jobs.
We all have security agents that are our blood brothers and sisters. Do we know how their orphaned children and widows feel?
